Includes FHLMC/FNMA-approved 1025 Form, along with photographs
of both subject and comparable sale properties, a building sketch, location map,
and operating income statement.
2055 Exterior Appraisal Report
Includes FHLMC/FNMA approved 2055 form, subject photographs,
plus location map.

2070 or 2075 report form, map with subject arrow, subject photos. $150
